We hunted for a unique property in Prague's Vinohrady for our investor—and we found it. The house on Na Švihance Street still belonged to its original owners, making it a rare investment opportunity.
We're now in charge of full management and are preparing a study on how to handle the building. We've got several options and aim to find one that makes sense for both investors and future clients. We tackle each project with a unique approach.
