In the heart of Prague's Žižkov, we bought an apartment building from 1907. This structure was the perfect opportunity for us—a house with history that needs a fresh breath of life. Our goal is to revitalize the building so it makes sense for both people and numbers.
Future upgrades after the sale will include window replacements, common area improvements, facade cleaning, and boiler room modernization. Most of the 11 apartments in the building are sized between 23–75 m², making them a great investment opportunity in Prague.
